In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the oxl88 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance is effective from the earliest of: (a) the date you create an Account; (b) the date you make your first deposit; or (c) the date you place your first bet. If you are accessing oxl88 on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

oxl88 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Access to and use of the oxl88 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, each of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. oxl88 operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with the age restrictions applicable to gambling activities in Indonesia. Providing false age information is a material breach of these terms.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under any form of legal guardianship, or who have been declared legally incapacitated, are not eligible to use the Services.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account on the oxl88 platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Self-Exclusion Status: Persons who have voluntarily activated a self-exclusion period via oxl88 or any affiliated responsible gaming program are not eligible to register a new account or reactivate a suspended account during the exclusion period.
• Platform Employees: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of individuals involved in the operation or supply of services to oxl88 are not eligible to hold a Member account or participate in promotions.

oxl88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by oxl88 support will result in account suspension pending verification.

To access the full range of oxl88 Services, you must complete the account registration process via the oxl88 Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly should it change.

oxl88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all accounts. While basic account functionality is available immediately upon registration, withdrawal privileges and higher deposit limits are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. The KYC process requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or passport).
• A selfie holding the submitted ID document, taken on the same day as submission.
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement in your name, issued within the past three months), if requested.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You agree to: (a) choose a strong, unique password for your oxl88 Account; (b) enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via Google Authenticator or SMS OTP; (c) log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices; and (d) notify oxl88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

oxl88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting oxl88 support. Closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Member via the payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC verification and any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses.

oxl88 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Indonesian Members:

oxl88 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Members will be notified of material changes to the supported payment method list via email or platform notification.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 via e-wallet; Rp 50.000 via bank transfer; equivalent value via crypto.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of receipt by oxl88's payment processing system. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds via the auto-matching system. Crypto deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• oxl88 does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 via e-wallet; Rp 100.000 via bank transfer; equivalent value via crypto.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in the Member's name that match the KYC-verified identity on file.
• oxl88 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5–30 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional security review is required.
• Withdrawal requests for amounts exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction may be subject to enhanced due diligence review and may take up to 48 hours to process.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal request will be approved. The platform will display your current wagering progress in the Account dashboard.

All Account balances on oxl88 are maintained in IDR. Crypto deposits are converted to IDR at the real-time exchange rate prevailing at the time of confirmed receipt. Crypto withdrawals are converted from IDR at the real-time rate at the time the withdrawal is processed. oxl88 does not apply a platform-level conversion spread; however, standard network transaction fees (gas fees for TRC-20 USDT, BTC miner fees) are deducted from the withdrawal amount.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by oxl88 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following default wagering requirements apply to all bonuses issued by oxl88:

• Welcome Bonus: 30x the bonus amount must be wagered on qualifying games before withdrawal is permitted.
• Reload Bonus: 25x the bonus amount.
• Cashback: 5x the cashback amount (cashback is generally subject to lower wagering requirements).
• Free Bets: Winnings from free bets are subject to a 10x wagering requirement.

Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the Account, unless a different validity period is specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The following contribution rates apply by default unless specified otherwise in individual promotion terms:

oxl88 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same bonus via multiple accounts; using bonus funds solely on low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play; structured depositing and withdrawing to circumvent bonus terms; and collusion between accounts to complete wagering requirements artificially. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, oxl88 reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the Account, and withhold any balance under investigation pending outcome of a formal review.

All bets placed on oxl88 are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for verifying the details of any bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement. oxl88 will not accept requests to void or amend a bet on the grounds of Member error after confirmation.

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, sport, game type, and Member account level. Current stake limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement. oxl88 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are demonstrably erroneous — whether due to a data feed error, a human input error, or a technical fault — oxl88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Member's account. oxl88 will use reasonable endeavors to identify and rectify such errors promptly. The determination of whether odds constitute an error rests solely with oxl88.

In-play bets are subject to additional conditions. oxl88 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time — for example, during stoppages in play, video assistant referee (VAR) review, or other events that create material uncertainty about the outcome. Bets placed during a suspended market will be voided. Latency between live events and platform updates means that an in-play bet confirmation does not guarantee that the bet was placed before a relevant event (e.g., a goal) occurred; oxl88 may void bets where it is determined that the outcome was already known at the time of placement.

Official results are determined by oxl88 based on data from its designated official data providers and, where applicable, the official governing body of the sport or event in question (e.g., FIFA for football, PBSI for Indonesian badminton). In the event of a discrepancy between oxl88's data provider and the official governing body, the official governing body's published result shall be treated as final. Payouts for winning bets are credited to the Member's Account balance automatically following result confirmation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oxl88 platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or using more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Fraudulent deposits: Making deposits using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment credentials; initiating chargebacks after withdrawing winnings.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to achieve an unfair advantage in casino games, poker-style events, or sportsbook markets.

• Unauthorized access: Attempting to access another Member's Account; attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform's software or security systems.

All content on the oxl88 platform — including but not limited to the oxl88 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, images, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of oxl88 or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This license does not permit: reproduction, distribution, or public display of any platform content; scraping or automated data extraction; framing or deep-linking to platform content without express written authorization; or commercial use of any oxl88 intellectual property.

oxl88's total aggregate liability to any individual Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to limit or exclude oxl88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

oxl88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including your name, date of birth, address, and identity document details — is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and the delivery of oxl88 Services. oxl88 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
